  • Today will probably be my last day doing this in one shot, just because it’s pretty much the entire morning. I wanted to go to lunch a little early but had to hold off.

I’m still feeling it a little in my back and feet, but after more than three hours, I feel about like I did toward the end of week 1. So I’m definitely adapting gradually.

In addition to the concentration issues I mentioned last week, I’m also finding that standing has impact on my patience at times. I’m a little more apt to get frustrated with a problem. Likely due to a little extra fatigue and discomfort.

  • Thanks for reminding us of the stretches, today. They really help, especially since our company removed “Office Athlete” from our computers. http://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-living/adult-health/multimedia/stretching/sls-20076525

20 minutes to go, and for sure I’m going to make it, today.

  • Is the ultimate goal to stand 4 hrs each day or do people actually stand for the full 8 hours each day. Would standing 8 hours be the healthiest one your body has adapted ? Just curious.. I’m committed to this plan in the ultimate goal of improving my posture and back issues. Thanks everyone
