It’s Day 11 of your four-week transition to a standing desk.
Last week you worked up to two hours, and by the end of this week you’ll add another full hour.
If you find that you’re starting to run out of gas this week, keep these fatigue-reducing tips in mind.
Stand for 132 minutes.

Didn’t make it, today. Had to sit about 20 min from the end of the challenge.
The challenge today went by pretty quickly, as it is Monday and I usually have a few more tasks that have built up over the weekend, so my “Clear the Decks” time keeps me so busy that I don’t think about the time.

I made it… mostly. I had to take a break to go into a meeting, but then I ended up standing extra time while I was training people towards the end of the day. So my total was much higher than 132 minutes, but it wasn’t all at once.
Forgot to check in yesterday! But I woke up today and my hamstrings and thighs are so sore! I’m going to break up challenge 12 into two separate times of 72.
I am having trouble with sore hips and calves. I have to sit after about 1hr then get back up.
