Started a little earlier today, so I made it straight through in one shot before lunch.
I tried standing barefoot on my yoga mat and a little floating floor that I have, and it didn’t make a huge difference over standing on the carpet. I’ll have to try wearing shoes tomorrow and see if that feels any different.
I didn’t realize we were so close to the end of this little experiment! The standing is no longer the hard part. I’m going to start full time standing in Aug. Meaning i’m going to invest in a mat, and try to come up with something a bit more permeant for a desk setup. my lower back started acting up. But i also was away from the gym this week.
